About Joint Pain
Joint pain can range from mild aches and soreness to severe discomfort, and can be felt at any joint where two or more bones meet. Overuse is a common cause of chronic joint pain, as this leads to high levels of “wear and tear”on your joints. In addition, peripheral nerves that travel close to various joints can become entrapped and cause chronic joint pain and inflammation.
